Well, been a few weeks overdue but had to do this. Welcoming, friendly, helpful, professional, sincere, thoughtful...I really could go on! My partner needed a ring taken off her finger, this took over an hour of their patience and skill! Then after it was cut off, as it had been on for many years, it was repaired and resized like new within a couple of hours! The ring she wanted was beautiful, in a vast array of rings to choose from but it had to be a size above the ring in the shop. All the staff in the shop ran around to help and withing a couple of hours the ring was on my partners finger! The shop is a family business where you never feel pressured you feel as if you're being welcomed into a family home. I went around Hatton Garden most of the day and felt pressured by the need for a sale tactics until entering Platform. A massive Thank You to everyone in shop and family for making the purchase and day perfect.

Amazing service and great collection. Danny went above and beyond to ensure I had a travel box for my proposal abroad which meant I was able to keep the ring tucked away in transit. The box was hand delivered close to my home address. Very grateful and would highly recommend.

The shop is literally the first shop we walked into when we first arrived at Hatton Garden as we saw an engagement ring we liked at the shop window. We went to other places before deciding to come back here because of the reasonable price and the non-pushy, friendly, knowledgeable family who runs the shop. Shoutout to Alfie for being patient with us when we took some time to pick the rings. In the end we got our engagement ring and wedding bands from them!
