After almost a year of being a patient at Platinum Dental Care and having had several appointments and dental procedures, I have interacted with a significant number of the team, and this is why I am confident in saying that this practice is a truly outstanding one. I first came to the practice via an emergency appointment due to experiencing some trauma to my teeth. I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Ronnie Patel as my dentist. Ronnie’s expertise and compassion (during what was quite a stressful situation!) left a lasting impression on me, and as a result I've continued to use this practice for all my future dental treatment. I received root canal treatment by Dr Margot Limbergen, with dental nurse Raimonda assisting. I was extremely nervous for the appointment, however both Dr Margot and Raimonda really put me at ease through their attentive and gentle manner. Dr Margot made sure to explain everything to me, and communicated with me throughout the treatment to ensure I was doing okay. I was also extremely impressed at how painless and quick the treatment was - I was able to return to normal activities almost immediately! It could not have gone better. Dr Sarika Shah was incredibly knowledgeable and communicative when it came to my Invisalign treatment, and truly went above and beyond to ensure the whole process was as comfortable and efficient as possible. In addition, Anthonia Hindson checked in with me throughout the process and was more than happy to answer any questions I had about the treatment - it is clear she takes pride in her work as she endeavoured to ensure I was able to receive a wire retainer on both my top and bottom teeth when we initially weren’t sure if it was going to be possible. I felt completely supported and confident throughout my Invisalign journey and this is a direct result of how invested Dr Sarika and Anthonia were in me and my treatment, despite delivering this treatment to so many other patients. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr Cristina Suarez did an outstanding job with my composite bonding.She took the time to listen to my concerns about my teeth and provided me with personalised bonding treatment that met my unique requirements. Her attention to detail and expertise really reflects in the final outcome. It is also important to note that dental nurses Maya and Veronica are completely wonderful. It was an absolute pleasure to see them in each appointment - not only are they extremely skilled, but are always warm and kind - something which has proven really valuable when receiving ongoing treatment that entails lots of appointments and procedures. The front of house team, namely Andrea, Catia, and Kate are exceptional in their communication, and always endeavour to schedule appointments that work around me! Overall, I cannot recommend this practice enough. The entire team, dental nurses and front of house staff included, are truly exceptional. Thank you all so much for your amazing work!

Had a hygienist appointment with Cat today (she is actually a therapist and can do fillings etc as well). Cutting to the chase, she was excellent. A warm and polite welcome, extremely knowledgable and engaging, lots of two way discussion about my wants and needs for my dental care, and an excellent job cleaning and polishing my teeth. I’m already booked in for my next visit.
