Do not purchase anything from this company. It is not existent and you will never get through on the phone. If you do want to be messed around always use a credit card for which after a few weeks you can get your money back. These are not reputable people and they hold no stock. Bad attitude and bad customer service. Avoid.

Items were perfect. but delivery was really slow almost 3 weeks and called them to get a date their response was will let you know sometimes this week this when on for 2 week and then then responded either Friday or Saturday this week

I bought a shower bathroom suite from this company. I thought it was going to be a straight forward simple process where I paid the money and within a week or 2 at the latest I would have had my bathroom suite delivered and installed. The reality was that I eventually had the bathroom suite delivered after 3 weeks. However, the delivery did not include the bath legs which meant that I could not have the bath installed. A myriad of phone calls then took place and a number of emails were sent with me asking for the bath legs to be delivered and them promising that they would be sent in the next 24hrs, etc. Anyway, after 10 days of not receiving the bath legs I contacted the bath manufacturers and explained the situation to them. They then, out of the goodness of their hearts, sent me the required legs. Plumbing and heating nation still have not sent the legs. They don't respond to emails, they don't answer their phone and they are totally unreliable. So to all you prospective buyers out there I recommend you go to a more reputable supplier that has a much better track record than this one. Really, don't put yourself through the unnecessary stress and upset.
