  Awful, in fact, I would say criminal. Having ordered a camera I waited over 4 weeks for it to be delivered - I was however told it was out of stock. I then emailed to cancel having been sent a further email saying I would have to wait another 2 weeks. I received no acknowledgment. The next day I was sent an email saying it had been dispatched. When it arrived 5 days later I contacted Plumbnation saying I wished to return it. They told me I had to send pictures of the package and confirmed I had not opened it. I duly did this. They then told me not to return the package to Plumbnation but to wait for them to send me a return address. 8 emails later and over 2 weeks later they still have not sent me a return address. They ignored all my emails. They only responded when I raised a claim through my credit card but have still not confirmed a return address. They have had my money since 1st May. I shouuld have read the Google reviews about Plumbnation and suggest you check these too as all are very similar tales of people being conned out of their money.

  Placed an order on 30th with deliver due the 5th, phoned three times with no answer to why it hadn’t arrived being assured we will find out issue and contact you, no contact week later phoned again and told it was postcode issue, terrible customer service, terrible company avoid buy elsewhere

  The worst company I have dealt with online, almost impossible to contact by phone, never received a reply to various emails - did not fulfil my order despite many promises - relieved to have secured a refund - AVOID and don't be tempted (as I was) by cheaper prices - not worth the stress and phone calls

  Avoid - this company is a joke. We have been trying to get a return on a defective Heatmiser product. We’ve even involved Heatmiser, who need input from Plumbnation to complete this return. Do you think PN has been helpful? No answer after the initial ping-pong - 2 months later, we are still waiting. I don’t understand how they can operate like this.

  How are this company still trading avoid at all costs shocking, a customer ordered a salamander shower pump and salamander do not even deliver to them and wont refund, criminals.....

  Beware of their other company Elecstore. Never answer the phone, never delivered my item after over 3 weeks. Still haven’t heard anything from them except a refund email. Waste of time, because of this I’ll never use Plumb Nation either. Terrible!

  ordered kitchen sink with taps and hoses, only the sink arrived, have raised the issue but they dont want to reply to me so have had to dispute the payment with paypal to try to claim some funds back and buy the taps etc elsewhere. very bad result, be warned.

  Take note of this companies reviews before ordering. Delivered a faulty product to me worth £1,500. They use delay tactics to avoid any responsibility. Currently in a dispute with PayPal to try and resolve the situation as this company are completely unhelpful. Find a supplier for the item you want with a better Google review, and don't be tempted in by these guys discounted prices, trust me!

  Absolute nightmare, promised paid for delivery date missed, phones not answered, unhelpful staff and now I'm fighting to get my money back via my credit card company for hundreds of pounds worth of materials that never arrived. Went elsewhere and got everything i needed within 2 days. Avoid this company at all cost!
