Happy New Year to all at PMS Lettings, especially James. My Mum who is 89 is renting through them and on New Years Day her boiler wouldn’t work, so no heating no hot water and I came down with covid so couldn’t help!! Sent an email to James, not for a minute expecting a response as it was a bank holiday weekend, but within hours James had arranged for someone to visit the property and problem solved! This is not the first time we have had issues but James’s attitude each time has been so professional it is really nice to see. A great person that can be relied on each time. Thank you so much.
