Interesting reading the reviews for this company. Most 5 star reviewes seem to be from people who either work(ed) for the company or are contracted by the company. Not people who rely on their "services". In addition, many 5 star reviews are from people who have only ever left 1 review. I am and my fiancee are owners of a flat in an estate managed by PMUK. Unfortunatly this is a dreadful company. If it is somehting easy they will quicly deal with it but anything more complicated NEVER gets done and emails are simply ignored. It should be further noted that most things that are dealt with are only dealt with because the residents report issues, not because PMUK keeps a watchful eye of the estate. If you have any influence or control over who the managment company is for your estate then stay well clear of PMUK. EDIT: I am AMAZED how quickly PMUK can react to a review on Google yet it takes them days if not weeks to reply to REAL issues. The ownership of our properties is none of PMUK's business. My partner and I decide how we own our properties and my partner has informed PMUK that all maters regarding the property should be dealt with by me and I have full authority regardless of how the property is legaly owned so PMUK's comment is simply stupied, they have been instructed without any question to deal with me directly. EDIT 2: I just tried to call PMUK as per their reply below and I was told that no one was available to speak and I could NOT get an indication of when I could expect a call back. Not even if such a call would be on the same day I called them.
