I used Pocket in past but due to business changes we left. During that time I've tried other services but none of them matched the standards I was used to with Pocket and as soon as we could we signed back up. The customer service is outstanding and any time I've needed to amend anything its done immediately with no fuss. The app is great, I can leave feedback on all calls and if I'm not happy with a call its dealt with and rectified immediately. Outstanding value for money.

Take a close look at other reviews before signing up with this company, overcharging & they do not accept cancellation emails, continue to charge your card without authorisation. As for the actual service, I can't comment because we didn't receive any but they charged us for the privilege.

Unprofessional & overcharge Over the past few months our company has used Pocket Receptionists call answering service. There have been multiple times where our calls have been handled very poorly by their representatives or not answered at all, even though we have paid extra for the “24/7” answering service. They also overcharged us at every opportunity possible. The on average rates we actually payed were around 3x advertised once they get you with all the “out of bundle extras”, penalties and add ons which they don't even notify you that you are incurring. In general the experience was not a good one and definitely not the sort of company I would recommend. Avoid!
