I was charged Vat and postal fee for the post office to administer. They tried to say it was customs charge as l was in Eu but l paid £75 and customs does no apply to items totalling under €150. They sell obviously without showing the VAT and l had to pay it. It was over €20 I order online to other uk websites always and this has never happened. I wish l read the reviews.. dreadful

Would give zero stars if it was possible and wish I had read the poor reviews before ordering. Ordered a bra, paid for postage, plus additional taxes due to living in the Netherlands. This company’s overseas delivery is not fit for purpose and I would tell anyone living overseas NOT to bother ordering. I was in all day and nothing arrived, then received an email saying the package was refused delivery (untrue) and rather than re-attempt or be sent to a central place I could collect from, it was being returned to sender. So now I am C£20 out of pocket for delivery costs and have no items. To add insult to this, I have received no less than 3 emails from this company asking me to review my purchase! 🤣 Do not use this company!!!

Two stars only because the bra i ordered (sugarcandy) was so fantastic- however i wish i read reviews over the customer service before purchasing. Atrocious. Firstly the packet didn't ship until 9 business days after purchase, and only when i asked what was happening with it. Packet got to my deliverer (PostNL) fine, i was home and watching the app all day (Thursday) and suddenly it was marked delivered! I sent an email to sales in a panic and the reply i received basically made me out to be some sort of fool who couldn't realise a package was in her hands. I asked multiple times to make an inquiry to Royal Mail, because none of my neighbours had it. Again with the reply that i should call the police if i think it was stolen. Well, that was my plan but they could also start an inquiry at the same time. Ended up my packet was stuffed in my neighbour's letterbox sometime over that weekend- we were both away and she gave it to me next time she saw me, luckily. Postman had signed for the packet himself- when i flagged that as a possibility in my original email, the reply was "packages are only signed for as delivered upon delivery". Well, as we can see, they are not. Would highly recommend avoiding this store.

My wife ordered a swimsuit at £53.10 for the daughter for a Christmas present. It was a Freestyle one piece Athletic Swimsuit Freya. The daughter only wore it three times when the wire came out underneath the bust area. It hadn't been washed only hand rinsed. On 21 January 2023, the wife e-mailed (couldn't get through on the phone) which wasn't answered. On 25th, after another e-mail, the wife received a response asking how the item was washed. Further e-mails from Customer services (Vikki) stating it does take a great amount of force to push an underwire through the fabric as they are coated to prevent piercing. To me this is accusation the fault was deliberately caused. We were told to return the swimsuit at our expense using Royal Mail tracked only where the item would be returned to the manufacturer for assessment and if a manufacturing fault a new swimsuit would be sent out or the faulty one returned! In e-mails Vikki kept quoting UK consumer contracts and just generally unhelpful. My wife will definitely NOT use this company again as the customer service response has been extremly poor. She only wishes she'd read reviews of this company first as she wouldn't have ordered in the first place. Now regretting buying the item and the problems its caused as it was a present.

Avoid at all costs! I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order. However never received the items and requested a refund which was given. Also another item I ordered apparently was not in stock originally and was refunded. Extremely poor level of customer service. Very poorly managed retail service.

I ordered a bra from this company £36 , I tried it on and it wasn’t suitable so I returned it. Last week I contacted the company to see if they had received it back. Yes they had received it and they were not going to refund the money because it had been worn and was dirty ! Really ! I had it on for about 20 seconds and had just got out of the shower ! They are being extremely rude in their emails and I have since read really bad reviews. 😡
