I went to this place purely because of the good reviews and my craving for Italian food which I love. I had high expectations. We ordered breakfast and after 35 minutes of waiting there was still no food given to us. I went downstairs to actually cancel the food as we both were extremely hungry and wasted so much time waiting for our food! The lady brought our food then and it was horrible, I’m sorry. There is nothing Italian about this food. Fried eggs were very oily, bland and slapped on the plate looking like a mess. The Italian sausage was like a rubber, hard and chewy. There was supposed to be focaccia bread served with my breakfast but instead I got white toast plus raw and very fatty bacon on the side. Couldn’t eat any of that. So after long 35 minutes of waiting and starving I was being left with the only edible thing which was burrata. That wasn’t great either but at least edible. What a disappointment guys! When the lady asked us how is the food I said exactly how I felt. I’m sorry but for £12 I was expecting much better breakfast. My husband’s breakfast wasn’t tasty as well but he had to eat something due to his diabetes. Upon leaving we’ve been stopped by the boss and apologised for the food. He explained breakfasts are not their thing and he still needs to figure it out how to fry sausage the way it should be. I’d say if breakfast is not your thing then take it off the menu. I spent £33 in there and I come out completely hungry and late for my meeting. The boss offered 50% discount if we come back next time but we won’t be back. I’m a huge fan of Italian food and I had exceptional Italian food in London. This wasn’t even close enough to any acceptable standard. I added one star extra for the apology we received.

Decided to try this place as I've been to the town in Italy. Food was lovely, staff friendly and very helpful. Had a lovely chat with one if the waitresses. She recommended the restaurant across the road, for dinner, same company. I will definitely try that one evening. Will also be back to the cafe too.

Very disappointed today. Ordered a Piccante and Affumicato pizza, both took a while to come out despite it being after 2pm when we arrived and not busy. They were both partly burnt on the crusts and extremely soggy. The staff must have known they weren't acceptable as they avoided us completely, not even asking if we wanted drinks when our glasses were empty, & didn't ask if everything was OK with the meal, despite most of mine being left on the plate. My partner had to eat his as he is diabetic and had taken the required insulin for it.

Visited this establishment for dinner. Ordered a pizza that arrived missing toppings. Was told they could replace it or take it off the bill entirely. I opted for it to be taken off. While finishing my food I felt bad. So decided to pay 50%-60% of the mis-order. When coming to pay the bill though, I was presented with the full amount discounting only £1 for the missing toppings. Rather disappointing outcome. Felt as though this issue was dealt with in an under hand and sneaky way. I thought I'd frequently visit this place as a local. Left the place not wanting to come back at all. A very unhappy and disappointed customer. Shame as the food wasn't bad
