    There was no plug in the sink as they could not find one to fit. The shower leaked and the coffee machine leaked. Room was not cleaned as reception said it could be up to 1700 before cleaning.     Superb boutique hotel that’s a stone throw from historic sights and the wonderful city of York. Our club has room really had a high class boutique feel, as did the rest of the hotel. The staff were all excellent and their hospitality made our stay here a pleasure - Magic Mike looked after us at breakfast with his smile and service really making the morning experience.
