Appalling! Rude staff and after our stay they charged us for an extra day! We pre booked online but arrived and entred 40 minutes early, (we had a 3 hour drive before arrival), no warning this would be the case, no way of preventing our entry or suggesting we postpone parking. A while day for 3 vehicles for 40 minutes!! Disgraceful. The member of staff on duty was rude and confrontational, i would recommend you avoid this organisation at all costs.
