Avoid at all costs… they advertised the car as immaculate, we spent more money fixing the Mercedes within 2 months of purchase then what the car was worth, eventually having to scrap the car….. wasted or should I say robbed us of £3k… cost us in repair another 3k eventually needed more work so we had enough of it and scrapped it. And don’t trust the 5 star reviews they’re all fake they’re their own friends, I’ve never met a bigger lier and fake business men in my life… avoid at all costs

Well what can i say avoid these guys at all costs to my deposit then refused to return it after i found out most finance companies wont deal with them due to there bad credit and ccjs . After some strongly worded emails they eventually returned it . I have let trading standards know copied in auto trader who they are aledgedley a partner of .

Car I asked to view and test drive had a flat battery, the chap (can't really call him a salesman cos he was on the phone most of the time) didn't know anything about the car and not even how to open the split boot AND the car was in a pretty un-sellable state to which he replied "well that's your opinion!"

Bought an Alfa Romeo a few months ago, battery keeps dying so called them and we were ignored and it’s most probably because the warranty was running out they wanted to avoid cost. They said they put it through an MOT so we got it looked at independently and there were a lot of things wrong with it, so who ever does their MOT’s are obviously cutting corners because what was found by independent inspection was more than stated by the MOT supplied by the dealer. They said they fixed things they clearly hadn’t like our leaking exhaust and dodgy break pads. There is also a leak somewhere so the drivers seatbelt is constantly wet, not to mention rust under the car that they tried to cover up with paint. We are selling it as these guys are clearly cowboys and don’t think people’s safety matters by giving out MOT’s that aren’t quite honest! Avoid like the plague!

AVOID AVOID AVOID, I went to see 2 Renault kangoos they had for sale yesterday, apon turning up the people who have involvement with the place seemed to all turn up at the same time and just stood in the background watching me and partner look at the van which felt rather uncomfortable. But all I can say is what a waste of time, first van I test drove engine management light came on and traction control light, as well as knocking from the front suspension and also the side door breaking when opening and closing it, also when I brought up the fact it had previous advisorys from previous mot he didn't have a clue what they where. Claimed to have had clutches done on both vans, first van clutch point was really high, second van had clutch judder. Second van had a strong smell of burning and blue smoke coming out the back of the van. None of this was described on any of there adverts. Time wasted and fuel.

Avoid portswood cars and commercials, I bought a Luton van from them, terrible communication, lots of lies from Mike, if that is even his real name, Mike agreed to send the spare key in the post which I still haven’t received, now Mike doesn’t reply to messages or pick the phone up. Avoid.
