I asked to help with a debt recovery, and I submitted the documents from my accountant to get a cost for their services. His estimate was £750, plus VAT to review the documents and prepare and send a letter. But this is an estimate and could change upon review of the documents. I asked if they were going to do something before that, like an email or call because the letter could be missed. From my experience, I must say that it is better to get more estimates from other firms.
