I had to collect a parcel from here because I wasn’t at home during working hours when the delivery attempt was made. How, they’re only open open 9-5, Monday to Friday. What’s the point? Why do the delivery services use them for collecting parcels that can’t be delivered? A bit useless.

Ordered concert tickets pre-covid, to be dropped off here. 18 months later when we attempt to pick our tickets up on a Saturday morning ( only 2 days notice to collect ) the place is still closed and blaming Covid. So we have £300 worth of tickets locked in their shop and cannot access in time for the concert. Hopefully they will be happy to reimburse us as we had no idea they were not open as they used to be on Saturday. I don’t recommend at all, use your Post Office and keep them open.

Service is always superb. I like the convenience of being able to drop off my eBay items that already have prepaid postage on. There is a small charge of .25p per envelope / package however .72p is charged by Royal Mail to collect the pre paid postage. The fuel used to take it to a Royal Mail Post Office including the parking makes this store a pleasure to support. Support local businesses!! Royal Mail Postage is expensive its not their fault.
