    Excellent martial arts club with a family feel. Everyone looks out for each other and the quality of the teaching is phenomenal. I suffer from a heart condition and I’m able to train at a pace that doesn’t put me at risk, without slowing down the class. Highly recommended for anyone looking to learn self defence and/or compete.
