    Stayed here for two nights on business. On returning after day one expecting the room to be visited by housekeeping I found nothing had been touched. On visiting reception I was told that the rooms aren’t cleaned, towels swapped or tea and coffee restocked unless you specifically ask! Given the sign in the bathroom saying if you want a towel swapping then leave it in the bath then you expect someone to check. The premium room was ok but appeared just the same as a normal room but with a a Nespresso machine (which you only get one capsule for). Staff weren’t particularly helpful, it was pot luck what was available at the breakfast bar and the restaurant is overpriced. Would be better looking for accommodation elsewhere.
