This is my first visit to UK. However, the hotel has never been a pleasant experience. 1) Location and Room condition. The hotel is located at center of city. It was relatively clean but not elaborately organized, some lights were not turned on, and the atmosphere was dark and gloomy. The room was relatively large, had 2 more useless beds and the Wifi was the worst. Not recommended for business trips. 2) services and staff quality Breakfast and dinner are served and the taste is average. Considering the price, I don't recommend it that much. A few staff are kind, but Some staff are far from friendly and racist. Need to be careful.Employees should be trained in kindness and generosity. Beware of the guy with the weird British accent. But there are also really kind and great staff. (Sam) 3) Facility It's safe, but don't expect much because there are no special facilities or features other than the restaurant. It's a very normal level. 4) Overall I can't recommend it. If you don't have a place to book, find another Premere Inn. I will definitely go somewhere else next time. Rooms: Very clean Nearby activities: Ice rink is about a 10 minute walk away. Safety: A key swipe to get through to the lifts and another to gain access to each floor. Very safe. Walkability: The town is very close and walkable in about 10 minutes. I do walk slowly though!
