That's the picture where my motorbike got stolen 5 hrs after arriving. CCTV not working. Hotel was lovely and staff nice but not located in a good area. Noteworthy details: No secure parking which is badly needed

Rooms: The air circulation system is constantly whirring away and very noticeable at night. Also we turned our thermostat down to 18C the second we arrived as it was 21C, and by the next morning it was still at 20C, even though we had to sleep with the window open all night. Our sleep would have been fabulous but as it was we were restless and slept fitfully. Such a shame because the bed was big, comfy and clean. The room was spotless as was the en suite. The air system noise isn't that noticeable during the day but it's VERY obvious at night.

The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. They very kindly allowed us to check in at 2pm, instead of 3pm, as we had arrived far quicker than we had anticipated. Good facilities, nice big comfy bed, very quiet location, as it's located on a retail park, so no traffic noise once all the shops were closed. Would definitely choose this hotel again. Rooms: Good sized room, very comfy bed, spotlessly clean , only downside was the air circulation system is loud and intrusive and the rooms maintain a steady 20 degrees regardless of what you set it at. This meant that we had to have the window open all night just to keep the room cool enough to sleep.
