The Premier Inn is so consistent nowadays. 4 stars for room only because bathroom is not quite as perfect as the best, but absolutely clean and perfectly functional. Location is perfect for South Bank and eg Borough Market, and in 15mins you can have strolled across Millenium Bridge to St Paul's, and the Underground will get you anywhere. Oh yes - the staff are great!

A nice pub across the street to end the day. Tip: Have the windows of the rooms washed. You can hardly see outside through it (see photo). (Original) Deze Premier Inn is zeer goed gelegen t.o.v. metro Southwark en midden in een upcoming district. Mooie plus kamer en fijn personeel. In zijn geheel een aanrader! Aan de overkant een fijne pub om de dag af te sluiten. Tip: Laat de ramen van de kamers eens wassen. Je kunt er bijna niet meer door naar buiten kijken (zie foto).

Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel. It is not what I expected from a Premier Inn in central London. Location is great and staff is friendly and helpful but the room is very dated and as a result didn't have a clean feeling. My biggest disappointment was our window. View is blocked on purpose and it was so dirty I couldn't believe it. I think some prison cells must have better view and cleaner window... I would certainly not stay here again and now wondering if I ever want to stay in a Premier Inn again...
