BED BUGS!!! I often stay at Premier Inn for business, however this is THE WORST experience I have ever had. After an excruciating hour in the bed I was covered in bites. Informed the night manager 'Jack (?)' who shrugged saying they were changing some of the beds. Refused to move me to another room or issue a refund. Rather than being eaten alive I had to spend the night in my car. You should be condemned to spend a whole night in your infested beds. May they make a (rather small) meal out of your nether-regions!!! Hellish beds!!!

Noteworthy details: The free Wi-Fi was barely usable, even for basic tasks like messaging. The speed was less than 1mbit, which is unacceptable in this digital age. Furthermore, it felt as though the mobile Internet reception within the hotel was also affected. They offer a paid option for £5 per 24 hours, but I feel that a hotel of this caliber should provide strong, reliable Internet as part of its base amenities. We don't live in the distant 2000s to charge for such affordable things. Another drawback was the lack of a microwave in the hotel. As someone who occasionally follows a specific diet, the inability to reheat my food was a significant inconvenience.
