I had a terrible experience. First room I'm given has a joining door to another room!!! We can hear their TV and them speaking. Itvwas like they were in our room. So after lots of hard work, I then get moved to another room. All seemed good, and then at 4am so much noise started!! So much banging and moving of things around. It went on from 4am until we left. Like we were on top of a kitchen or a loading bay. I didn't sleep well. It was terrible. I will never stay here again

Val on reception is a credit to the company. She has a wonderful friendly sense of humour and yet still remains professional .. If ever she moved to Stoke on Trent would employ her for front of house without a second thought. We went to the Toby on-site and the service was disgraceful and disrespectful. The food was ok but the young guy chewing gum behind the bar got the order wrong. I ordered a double vodka and Diet Coke and was told the pump had no gas,so would have to buy a bottle ( and we all know they are more expensive so asked could I have that @the same price? The young lady with glasses said no so either have flat coke from the pump or buy a bottle which I did. The chewing gum young man came to clear our table and we said, the service wasn't very good and he said "I've had a bad day,kicked a door and went into the kitchen. These young staff need training and until they do would recommend going elsewhere.
