Been here a couple of times now. Never had a bad room, never had a bad breakfast. Staff are always helpful and quick to respond to requests (like if you want extra pillows) Would thoroughly recommend. Also depending on when you go you can get some good deals. We got a family room on a Friday night for £70 which I thought was pretty good.

I was so pleasantly surprised with my business stay here. Very tired on arrival, after a 6hr journey, I was greeted by a friendly chap on the front desk who checked me in and informed me where to go. The room itself was extremely spacious, clean, and really well equipped (tea/coffee tray, aircon, blackout curtains, hairdryer etc). Bayliss & Harding products in the bathroom, plus a gorgeous big shower head for the morning, after a good night's sleep in a comfy bed. Would definitely recommend. Great value. No complaints at all.
