    Rude receptionist staff. Booked two rooms together but we got two rooms on two different floors. The receptionist point blank refused to give us two rooms together and just kept saying NO really abruptly. Really rude. Quite shocked at her horrible attitude. When we arrived we were told abruptly that NO we can’t booked in until three otherwise she’d have to charge us £10. It’s not what she said but the manner in which it is said that is quite disgusting. Definitely would not stay here again, disappointed with my first stay at a premier inn.

    My mum and I have just stayed at Thorpe Bay Premier Inn, it was wonderful,the staff were great very helpful, the room was lovely and so clean, the beds, duvets, pillows were so comfortable so much so that I'm going to buy some of them online!     I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Thorpe Bay for two nights from the 28th April to the 30th, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. The view from my room was not great, overlooking the car park which was a letdown. To add to my disappointment, I had asked for my room to be cleaned after the first night, but it appeared that the message did not reach housekeeping, and my room was not cleaned as requested. However, I must say that the staff at Premier Inn Thorpe Bay were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They did their best to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable, despite the issues I encountered. Overall, I cannot say that I had a great experience at Premier Inn Thorpe Bay, but the staff's positive attitude and willingness to help were commendable. I hope that the management can take steps to improve their housekeeping process and room views, as this would enhance the guest experience. Nearby activities: Beach and fun park

    Well it was a budget hotel and the staff were great, rooms clean and felt welcomed by staff. What can i say wanted just a bed and clean room and got it, we always look for some wear to eat breakfast when staying at premier inns because the restaurants next door are chain places and serve microwave food then call themselves chefs. what ever you do dont eat at toby carvery unless you dont like food.
