    I have been coming to top tips for about 3 years now and Nicki the manager is always amazing. I get my lashes mani and pedi done at the salon and everyone is always super professional and friendly. I just came out of the salon today in fact and wanted to say that a very rude man came in demanding an appointment who spoke very aggressively to Nicky and disrupted everybody’s piece and quiet. I stepped in to ask him to calm down and he held up a finger at me to be quiet- didn’t even look at me. This is unacceptable toward Nicky and the team and I thought Nicky and the entire staff dealt with him very well and very professionally. There should be a zero tolerance to aggression and rudeness like this. Keep doing an excellent job ladies, your clients know how amazing you all are!
