This parkland is an amazing example of landscaping provided a wonderful out door area for liesure and sports for the benefit of the local residents. Errr.... Did you know that before this it was originally a farm, a quary, a coal mine and before being landscaped a major landfill site. So if you were wondering what/why it has tall steel pipes sticking out from parts at what could be considered the top, it's to let out the methane gas from the waste under the top soil
