    Whilst the company may have one or two competent individuals who really go out of their way to help you, if they leave or move department, unfortunately you're left with the same problem. It seems the majority of the work force don't have the same work ethic. I have been emailing Adil Riaz for months asking for evidence/invoices/receipts of what our money is being spent on, regarding a certain job that was carried out on our estate. The accounts team were also asked for this information. As usual, emails have been ignored. We have a right to ask for this information. What are they hiding? What are they doing with our money? The element of trust is taken away, when the company fail to be transparent. Still also having to request maintenance visits through their web portal, as the outdoor grounds just look unkempt. Having to take pictures and emailing the evidence. I shouldn't have to be doing this. All the while, our fees have gone up. Ridiculous. Wish we could get rid of this company. They're the worst we've had.

    If you want to pay extortionate fees then have Principle Estate's to manage your property, l would give them a minus 5 star if I could. We leaseholders have a court case on at the moment for Principle not contacting a roofers warranty and having another roofer to replace them costing leaseholders thousands. Great news, we are now free from this company now, we leaseholders have gone for Right to Manage, could not be happier.

    This company takes a lot of money and does very little for it. Money for old rope springs to mind- and by the way, they don’t give refunds! Wanted to charge 10k to extend a lease. Very quick to invoice for ‘services’ - just not sure what they do other than rip people off. Should not be allowed. Shame on them

    Quite poor. Weeks and weeks to resolve simple maintenance issues. Once you get them on the phone, they say they will do things and update you. You will never be updated. This is what happens when they are supposed to be working for the tenants but are accountable to the freeholder. There is zero incentive for them to be any good at their jobs.

    I felt I needed to send a review GRIPES / POSITIVES. It seems that only people with Gripes leave reviews, I am pleased to leave my review. The Flat was bought in Dec 2020 and we inherited Principle Estate Management. GRIPES. 1/10 2020 to 2022, No one was available when I called or no one returned calls. email inquiries never acknowledged, not kept informed, All the residents felt ignored and forgotten about, expensive repairs with no monitoring or follow up on completion. I Have been dealing with Principals Maintenance Team on many occasions due to the problems we have been having with the Cleaners, Gardeners and Window Cleaners not doing their job or not even turning up at all. Windows cleaned once in two years but have been charged for three cleans per year. POSITIVES 10/10 Since Oct 22 All of the problems have now been sorted out by Jessica. She has been like a breath of fresh air. Every time I have phoned she has taken my call, she has been very professional, efficient and giving me the confidence that at last I was being taken seriously. Nothing has been too much trouble for her. We are now able to move forward. Having new Cleaners starting 1st Feb. New Garden Maintenance 1st March New Window Cleaner Quarterly. I would like to complement Jessica on all of her hard work and for going the extra mile She is an asset to the Company. Regards Pam & Iain Buckley
