DO NOT USE If I could leave no stars I would. They came to fit a ceiling track hoist and all appeared great until we decided to extend it and another company came out and said that our attic was not supported enough for a ceiling track hoist so it was condemned. Prism came and refitted after strengthening works took place, again thought all would be fine but upon service by our local council they have condemned it again as they have gone around the supports and hung it off rafters, cut through the supports to put their bars in. They are endangering peoples lives, this is for my 13 year old daughter, I'm now left too scared to use the hoist for fear of my daughters life 😔 Shocking company stay well away.

Excellent service maintaining and repairing my ceiling track hoist. I have a complex disability and they have come out at all hours to fix the equipment I depend on. Always prompt friendly and helpful. If some of the other services I have to use were like Prism my life would be a lot easier.

My experience of Prism medical was brilliant. Assessor was extremely helpful and made us feel at ease at the prospect of a big hoist in our lounge. We paid nothing for him to come out and spend the time with us going through the options and absolutely no pressure to buy. Hoist has been in 6 months now and hasn't skipped a beat. definitely recommend!

Told that engineer knocked on my door last week and got no answer, this would be impossible as I was here in the lounge all afternoon waiting for him, plus my dog would of barked, re booked for today, just received a call to say his van has broken down! Let’s see if he makes it Thursday!
