Roof gone green after 14months. Can't make contact with them in spite of having a 10 Year guarantee. It is now 10th Feb and when you ring message says. They are off now until 4th January. My next email will be to trading standards.

Avoid them! They did our roof and damaged the guttering. When we approached them about this, they offered us £50 compensation which we declined. We decided to let it go as it really is not worth getting into an argument with them. Less than 2 years later and the roof started falling to bits, they ignored communications until we threatened legal action. Only then did they send their salesman back to come and have a look at the roof. 3 Months later and we have had no communications from them. Our house was in the market and we had to take it off the market as the state of the roof appeared to be a deterrent for potential buyers. We are getting a quote from a local contractor this week and will have to use legal channels to recover the money from them.
