PRS did a really good job in the reconstruction of my basement. They went to great lengths to protect the rest of the house from construction dust. The works was completed within budget and the timescale agreed, the overall quality was very good too. There was a small snag noticed only after we settled the account and the decoration was well on its way. PRS was notified and responded straight away. They made efforts to prevent abortive work and ultimately provided a solution to correct the snag. I am pleased to report that after one of the wettest winters in records, my basement is bone dry. After care customer service. That is the hallmark of good business. I can tell from my experience, PRS are truly committed to be a good business.
