Absolutely fantastic service from profile! We contacted them at the start of Feb to get a quote to change our old patio doors to new bi fold doors. Tom visited to do the quote, was on time, did what he had to do, told us what we needed to know, really friendly! and off he went. No messing about, no pressure. Within a day we had our quote which we were very happy with, price was so much more reasonable to other quotes we had for the same thing! We knew straight away we wanted to go with Profile. They got our contract sent over to us and a survey booked within a few days. Surveyor came, again right on time, no messing about, really friendly, did what he had to do then off he went. Told 6-8 weeks for our doors to be made. 4 weeks later, got a call, doors ready and could be fitted a few days later! Incredible!! Yesterday they were fitted, the two guys that came were very friendly, very tidy, hardly no mess, took our old doors away with them, and fitted our new bi folds within 3.5 hours! They made good and the finish and doors are spectacular. What a difference they have made. Quality of the doors are beautiful. They gave us advise and details on what happens next etc. just all round top guys and 10/10 quality for both customer service and works! Will defo recommend and be returning for window and door renewals in future!

Had a new front door, frame and cladding to my porch installed. Both the home attending sales rep and installation workman (Alan) were very professional. Door looks exactly like the online mock up you can generate on the website. Highly recommend them for doors and windows if you want it done right.

So very pleased with the service from Profile. In December 2021 I had patio doors fitted and it was a quick clean and very professional job. So I chose them again in May to fit a new front door, again very quick and professional even my super picky partner was impressed!! After noticing a scuff appear on the front door today I called them to find out if I could purchase a scuff pen and Mike who was really helpful said he’d get back to me. By the time I got home from work there was a brand new scuff pen waiting for me! Amazing service can’t fault them and would definitely recommend thanks guys 👍
