A fantastic event - my daughter had a butterfly themed party on 17/09 everything went smoothly. The communication was amazing and excellent support. The party set up was beautiful, the entertainers were great and the host was so helpful and friendly. I was kept up to date with the plan for the day and the host kept updating me. Parents have said it was a lovely party and the children really enjoyed themselves, the weather was amazing and it was just perfect!!! A big thank you to the puddles team. Enchanting and Magical!!! Definitely recommend.

Puddles were brilliant, completely hassle free and very organised. Frankie was amazing – she didn't really need anything from us and setup by herself while we were franticly getting decorations up and food sorted. She came as a racing car driver and kept all the kids' attention - even the older ones! They loved the treasure hunt and tattoos, and all gave her a huge hug at the end. Thanks for helping to make my son's 4th birthday really special.

I would like to say that everyone had a great time on our boy 7th Birthday Party and Frankie managed to keep the kids entertained (not an easy job). Communication with Aleks was amazing and met all our requirements. I would highly recommend Puddles Kids Parties to friends and family, too. It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. All 25 children were thoroughly entertained throughout the party. Pass the parcel, variety of games , face paint , Pokémon GO and entertainment were all fantastic. I could not of asked for more and feel very proud of how the party turned out thanks to their entertainment. I am sure we will be using Puddles Kids party services again at future parties.

Hired puddles for my kids party and we were nothing but impressed. I have no complaints at all. Kids were entertained. Aleks and her team were very helpful,polite and the party was very well organised. Days after and I'm still getting messages on how organised and great our party was. I will recommend puddles over and over again. Thank u so much for a great day.

Entertainer was lifeless and not very engaging. She didnt even introduce herself to our child on arrival. Some of the guests commented that the entertainer was miserable. Communication with the owner was fantastic and she was very helpful hence the 3 stars.

I have attended two birthday parties at different locations across London and each of them have been amazing. The parties are very well organised, centred around the birthday child whilst also keeping all the children entertained and the adults fed and caffeinated. The balloon garland was spectacular. Would definitely recommend Puddles for anyone considering organising a party which their child will never forget.
