Love this shop, my dog cannot go past without a visit, she gets very upset if she can't go in, if you have a pet it is well worth a visit. They offer a bath and grooming service my girl actually likes this despite the look on her face, Halley is brilliant. And they greet all their visitors with joy and abandon, I cannot reccomend them enough,

Hello everyone … I have a staffy rescue who is very misunderstood… suffers with separation anxiety isn’t overly keen on strangers and cannot tolerate other dogs !!! His nails were getting far too long and he is so powerful and strong was even hard work for us to attempt to clip them ! Having enquired at Purdy’s if they can attempt it for me they assured me they would do their very best and if unsuccessful they wouldn’t even charge me! Fortunately they oozed confidence and manage to do a great job on my babies nails … he actually surprised me because on the whole he felt comfortable with them and allowed it !!! I feel so much more relaxed to take him there frequently now… the staff are so amazing and caring and totally understanding! Their knowledge of animals and professional but friendly approach is outstanding!!! One very happy customer and one very happy fur baby !!! Definitely recommend this service and pet store and most certainly will become a regular… Thank you so much Purdy’s 😊👍🙌
