Jade is an absolute god send, I had a medusa piercing done but my lip swelled up immensely to the point I was in agony. I went back to Pure Ink for advice and Jade was amazing, even though she wasn't the artist that pierced my lip originally she took me under her wing and was so gentle when removing the piercing, they didn't have the size bar that my lip needed so she really quickly ordered it and it was there the next day. She is such a sweetheart and calmed me down so much even when I kept moving and jumping with pain. Thanks again Jade for saving my piercing you're an absolute diamond and a credit to Pure Ink! Xx
