Despite pre-paying £3 for evening parking, our barcode wasn't working in the machine and no help was available when the help button was pressed at the barrier. Only choice was to pay an extra £7 to get the car. Nothing like the last Qpark we used, this is filthy and stinks of wee, kind of surprised we had a car to come back to tbh

Q-Park have great ratings however on entering the car park we found homeless people camping out in the middle of the area. Skate boarders rolling up and down the place and to top it all two drug users sat against the pay machine chasing the dragon. The office where the attendant should be was empty and it did not look like the place was being managed. It left us with little confidence so we forfeited our £9.40 online pre-booking and promptly left and parked elsewhere.
