Avoid!!!! At the end of Feb 2021 I put an offer on the house in Bagillt for the price of 227,000.00. After reaching the point of 3/4 of conveyancing process we were told the price changed to 260,000.00 (9,5 months later!). As we were using Help To Buy scheme this fell out of the cap so we were left with no choice but dropping the deal. The price was not negotiable. Until today nobody knows when the house will be ready for completion (maybe Easter 2022) even if in Feb 2021 we were buying not the plot, but the standing house! The contractors changed during this 9,5 month ordeal and developers were very hard to reach and communicate. I was involved in never ending chain of people in Beresford Adams to finally get to the developer's chasing team who dependant of who you dealt with were trying to help or not. This company left me with ongoing stress for 9,5 months, submitting mortgage offer twice (losing credit score) and bills to pay (valuation fees, lawyers). I cannot stress how much we lost by dealing with this company. Please don't make this mistake.
