While at utc with a possible broken ankle a nurse called Asma forced a lady to wear face mask, and later on she called my name and with a pair of crutches she walked towards me to say “stand up” and while she adjusted the height of the crutches after she gave me I was adjusting the arm length, when she said again” get up” I said I’m adjusting the arm length and very rudely she said I’m here to do that and I said thank you with this attitude I can do it myself! Where then she turned to me and said “ you can find someone else to help you then! Walked off and threw the crutches inside room 1! Like you could hear the clash! She decided to not roll me in and then wanting to force me to have my foot on the ground while I have a swellness of the size of an apple?! A patient behind me while I was speaking to reception said “ I’ve been here before and she’s always like this” When asking the receptionist her name “ another patient said her name, following with “she deserves, she treated you very rudely and badly” and even the receptionist later said she would pass the written complaint I wrote “ bc she is always like this” not a bad service but this is unacceptable from a staff member !

I was in and out for tests a week before Christmas. Seriously lovely, professional doctor's and nurses. Even the Receptionists are lovely and helpful Will sit with you while you wait for a cab instead of rushing to the train to get home. Wonderful people. We really DON'T pay them enough to put up with us.
