Phoned Tony to discuss buying a fly-press and he invited me up – very accommodating. Went up the next day and met George, who offered me a cup of tea and showed me round. He was happy to show me not just the one I’d seen, but his other stock too. He talked me through the various aspects of the tools, and clearly had an impressive depth of knowledge. I choose the press I wanted and we agreed a price. It was delivered two days later, securely packaged onto a pallet. Chuffed to bits with the fly-press, and the service given. Unlikely to need more heavy tools for my small workshop, but this would be the place I’d go to if I did. 100% recommendation. Thanks Tony and George.

Spent £4500 on a machine that lasted 10 minutes to be told bring it back and if I haven't abused it they may give me a refund!! Very poor customer service...

I recently bought a milling machine from Quinn Bros. As I live outside the UK and due to Covid travel restrictions, it was purchased on the basis of photos and videos on WhatsApp and assurances from George Quinn by phone. My trust in him was fully vindicated. When it arrived, the machine was as good if not better than George said it was. Indeed, I was buying a different machine originally and then during the transaction this machine came in and he contacted me to say he thought it would be better suited to my needs. He was right!! From start to finish it was a pleasure to do business. I would not hesitate to recommend them or do business with them again.
