Currently staying at the hotel. Room isn't very big.. and doesn't really work for two adults for 5 days. With only one small wardrobe and a bedside cabinet/shelf with one drawer either side of the bed. Not enough storage space by a long way. Bathroom has walk in shower. I understand the rooms configuration has more to do with the listing/status so to be expected. Spa/pool/gym are lovely. Jacuzzi is quite small. Would only be comfortable for 4 people maximum and even then feet would be touching. Sauna is lovely and warm with a wonderful sun room at the side. Great opening times.

Very disappointing ‘spa’ experience. Was given an old ripped dressing gown, the steam room was broken, rubbish left in the sauna, the hot tub water smelled dirty and the loungers were filthy. The experience included a ‘glass of bubbly in hand’ but because the employee didn’t want to walk into the hotel to get a glass he gave it to us in a takeaway coffee cup. The music speaker in the spa relaxation room doesn’t work so as you are relaxing it keeps glitching! Luckily the 2 ladies who did our massage and facials did a wonderful job. It was sadly shorter than what we paid for though which was a pity.
