What a guy. I called this company and got a hold of Gary yesterday In the middle of the really bad rain storm, basically my aerial had rotted from It's mount on my rooftop but was still floating there via the cable - smashing against my roof tiles quite badly. I called Gary (whom I had never met or spoken to ever before yesterday) told him my Issue, he dropped what he was doing and he was around my house within 10 minutes and the aerial was taken down within 30 minutes. Job done, pouring down weather, cold, no nonsense. Very polite, courtious and a respectful guy. Felt like i'd known him all my life In an instant. Highly recommend this company If you are after services they provied. Saved me a lot of stress. Thanks Gary and R&G Satellite Services.
