My wife and I have been looking for our first caravan. We visited Kevin back in November and then again last weekend. Both times Kevin was really friendly and honest and open with us. My wife liked the Coachman Pastiche, but Kevin made us aware that a potential buyer was travelling some distance that day to view it, and out of respect it was off the market until they had seen it. We viewed the Coachman on both occasions we visited, and there was no obvious issues with it. Kevin took our contact details and said he would let us know either way. He also showed us another caravan which had just arrived, he was up front about its condition and a small piece of work that was to be done before it was sold. We left and came home. Kevin called shortly after we got home to tell us that the potential buyer had found a small leak in the roof and so did not purchase it. We had not noticed this leak, and I honestly believe that Kevin did not know about it in advance. Kevin has kept in contact with us during the week. The small leak in the Coachman has now been repaired. It was slightly out of our price range and another Caravan came up during the week elsewhere that we have purchased today. We told Kevin this today, and he said he hoped we enjoyed our new caravan. We know we will need some accessories for our Caravan so will probably be down soon to see what is available.

We contacted Kevin about a Coachman caravan and arranged to view the next day. We told him we were coming from Devon which would be a 3 hour drive. We stepped inside the caravan and instantly noticed a big damp patch along the ceiling and more damp patches on the wall. There was no apology and he denied knowing about it!

Well worth taking a look at the stock at R & K. These are some of the best used caravans we had seen and their prices are very competitive. Having purchased a lovely Bailey Pageant Monarch tourer from Kevin we were kept informed whilst it was prepared for us. On the day of collection he was so helpful at handover offering advice, tips and making sure we were safe. A year's warranty sealed the deal and we are very pleased with our new caravan. Thank you Kevin! You have a lovely family business there in Southwick!
