We met Ryan last year in September as we wanted to purchase a property he was advertising. I think this is a great idea adding more homes, shops, public areas to meet with people, etc. However I don't like that it will add more student accommodation as Canterbury already has enough of those buildings and our poorly designed roads are already nearing breaking point.

Still under construction, would have finished ages ago but due to COVID-19 ,The site closed for awhile and reopened with lots of rules on social distancing facemasks leaving site and entering site temperatures all taken Covid tests compulsory. ,Visitors and deliveries all having to wear masks and follow the rules.This of course slowed the build down. The wait will be worth it, as the finishing line approaches just in time for normality to return to the bars shops and cinema. Unfortunately students whom started back in September have to wait a few weeks before they can Party,😀🤸!

This accommodation has been very misleading. They have delayed our arrival 3 times now and given us an inadequate substitute of accommodation (that is a beach of contract) and compensation. It also seems like the team has no regard for students or self awareness. In their recent email they sent, was 20 mins before closing on a Friday meaning that we can’t contact them until the following Monday. Honestly I feel like this is a scam. I would also like to note that we are to miss 2 weeks of lectures now because of this unfortunate circumstances.
