R&M have just completed the installation of our new windows and front door. They look spectacular and we're fitted in an amazingly short period of time by the fitter Rich who was an extremely pleasant and efficient fitter. It took four days to fit a large number of leaded windows and all done single handed. Every day he left the house spotless. Sadly, he cracked one window whilst fitting, an occupational hazard, but it was dealt with in a highly efficient manner. I always think the true value of a company is their response when there is a hitch and on this matter they passed with flying colours. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs their service. Thanks again. David White
