Food is of course amazing, tried hard not to compare with other Micheline star restaurants I ate before. The decor is too bright and cleache, we understand that we asked for substitutes and they kindly did provided for most part of the menu, I think that would have cost them more hence they didn't give us one dish, would have appreciated if they had substituted with another small dish or could have atleast given complementary water (water isn't cheap 😂). The food is a great experience, world course is amazing faultless. Can't say the same for the signature dishes (may be not for my pallet). When it's 2 stars it's not just about food it's also about the whole experience. For a 2 Micheline star and at that price point, you would expect it to blow you away, but it comes a bit underwhelming, I must say. But definetly an experience, If you can you must try this place worth the drive and a visit.

I should clarify first I didn’t get to go - this review is based purely on customer service. So I booked as a treat for me and my husband, a meal and to stay over. I got flu the night before going and had to cancel- I wanted to move it but cost was the same. I had to pay - wait for it - the full price of the room (£275) and £480 for the meal. I am struggling with what would the 2 of us could have eaten for £480??? I understand cancellation fees I really do but nearly £800 for a night I didn’t have - and had called them about. I am sorry but shocking. I now won’t go and will certainly not recommend to anyone. So very disappointed.

Absolutely faultless, from start to finish. Without any doubt the best dining experience we have ever had (not taking anything away from the service either)! Sommelier was fantastic, as was all other parts of service. We've already messaged friends to book again later this year.

Absolutely fantastic tasting menu with a series of courses inspired by different countries. Well deserving of its 2 Michelin stars.

We had a super experience at the Raby Hunt. James, Maria & team were great hosts, the food was delicious. Particular highlights for me were the Steak Tartare, Gunkan Tuna and the Wagyu beef. Go for the Chef’s table!
