I have made a second order of the same product but purchased double the amount to save on delivery. My order was placed 2 weeks ago I have had no correspondence or confirmation of my order, yet you have taken my money. Do not buy from this company. They knowingly shipped the incorrect item to me. Refuse refund unless I pay to return- 10 bottles of cordial. As others mention they ignore rrp quoting small family business. They are cowboys at best with no morals. Do not buy from them. The cordial was a gift for child that will only drink orange and pineapple during national shortage. This company knowingly sent me orange charging over rrp. I also paid shipping and they insist I return at cost to me before they will refund.
