Stihl rubbish. Hs45 petrol cap has let the part in the hedge clipper and so I can't use because petrol cap won't stop petrol coming out. Decided to use the Stihl mover, can't use that as the button won't stay in and the machine only use 3 times. No customer service neither on the phone. Very very disappointing.

I ordered a part nearly 2 months ago and week after I'm told by the dismissive rep to call next week to see if it has arrived. I've almost lost my business because of this. I would have thought at the very least that they would have emailed husqvarna to see where the part is but no,obviously thats too much t. ask.

Firstly I ordered the wrong chainsaw, so I contacted them, they explained how to print the returns form, I filled it in and returned the chainsaw, I received the new one, this was all done inside a week, Amy dealt with the issue so thank you, the chainsaw worked a treat, I was also supprised that they also price match, so overall I'd highly recommend this company.

Ordered and received very quickly and professionally the Stihl soft case and Stihl AL 301 quick charger (both shown in attached photos). The charger and case can be used for both the AK and AP range of batteries. You need to pack out the case if you are using the small AK range of batteries. Both products are very highly recommended and purchased from R & T.
