Good covers - I have ordered 4 over the years, however support is appaling so I will not be going back. Don't order from the EU as they will charge UK VAT and you will still have to pay VAT in your own country since Brexit. That is not the right way to do business. They will not even answer my repeated emails and requests for a refund on being over-charged.

The positive's are that the cover itself is well made and fit for purpose but so are other covers on the market.Therefore I am not sure if there is anything particularly unique about the cover. However a quick scan of covers used in the boat park would suggest that they hold the market share and that Rain&Sun produce something different. That in itself would suggest that they are better than the competition. The negatives are that there was a mistake with the postage charges when I booked the cover which resulted in a subsequent demand for payment. When I queried the payment my emails went unanswered. It took a phone call to the office to have the matter resolved ( I still had to pay the charges). My concern would be that warranty issues would be handled in the same way.
