I have tried to rectify my issues with the owner privately but she has brushed me off. I have had this treatment many times in other salons and have never experienced this before. I sat in a freezing cold salon for 4.5 hours without a warm drink available whilst she did my highlights and then she mixed 10 volume with the toner. The overall finish is yellow and ginger which I am now spending a lot more money having to fix with another salon. I wore 2 layers which got wet through as she did not take proper precautions to cover my extensions whilst doing half a head. This service cost me £120. Service: Hair highlighting

Not only was she gentle and kind, not making me feel ashamed of the condition my hair had gotten to, she also managed to completely save my hair from what seemed like the point of no return! I've been to many hairdressers over the past ten years and Nikara is the most professional I've been to. Her salon is immaculate and she makes sure your comfortable and at ease. She's very welcoming and easy to talk to. I first went to Nikara to have a wig instal and she did an amazing job. My most recent visit was to have a weave with leave out. Nikara provided the most gorgeous kinky curly hair, the quality is amazing! I really couldn't be happier with my hair, it's the most confident I've felt in a long time and I'm so glad I came to her salon. I currently travel from Shropshire, which can take around 2 hours depending on traffic. I'll be going back to Bristol in September and I will happily travel from there to carry on having Nikara do my hair! ✨ Service: Hair extensions

First time visiting Rara salon today what a lovely surprise. Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish. Nikara was so professional, made us feel so welcome. The salon is very spacious and such a lovely atmosphere to be in. The hair we purchased at Rara’s was such a beautiful quality, the colour match was on point, the fitting was perfect. Attention to detail was impeccable. The results were amazing left us speechless. The aftercare little gift bag and advice how to maintain the hair was a lovely touch. As i have lived in the suburbs it is very hard to find a hair salon that deals with afro hair and extensions. After seeing an advert that they did for a lady with cancer and how she looked i decided to book an appointment for a consultation. I was pleasently suprised that Nikara gave me a full consultation very knowledgeable about goods and services and a good clear pricing structure.
