Their parts department send out damaged goods then fob you off and lie to you over replacements. Been messed about and misled and blatantly lied to over a damaged Transit bumper trim. Sick of waiting for their poor customer service and avoidant responses, of which you get just one a day when they finally check messages. You are left sat waiting whilst they know they've not even sent anything.

I was told I would get a price match for engine oil which they are selling cheaper on ebay than in store. Went to store to buy the oil and they refused to price match the same oil they are selling on eBay for a lot less pretty crazy really. Wouldn't go back there again.

Bought 2 wheels from there ebay shop. 3 weeks on, numerus communications and still no wheels . There response back basically telling us that they just left them outside our house by there deliver agent as no one was home and it's now our problem, BEST ADVISE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY!

Best service I have ever dealt with from a dealer, SCOTT G from the parts department. Extremely helpful on the phone and when I got there happy to help, polite and just a pleasure to spend a lot of money with. He helped out with my needs although they weren’t easy and he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy, phoned me when he said he would and got parts in for the next day... never had that before!
