The service I eceived from Rayotec, replacing the inverter for my PV panels was excellent. All the e-mail correspondance was promptly dealt with and clear. The prior inspection and installation of the new inverter wre both carried out cheerfully and most competently by the engineer. Absolutely no complaints, everything was done in exemplary fashion.

I first contacted this company when a less reputable company told me that my solar water panel system needed upgrading under new legislation. Rayotec replied promptly and advised that as far as they were aware there was no such legislation. Some months later the system seemed to be losing pressure and I realised it wasn’t cost effective. When the technician came to service the system I asked if he would decommission it. He did the work efficiently and explained that it could be reinstated quite easily in the future if required . Thank you for very good advice and prompt and timely service.

Rayotec are commendably quick to send an engineer to fix my solar hot-water system when it malfunctions, which is usually due to component failure, particularly the Grundvoss pumps The last engineer was honest in his assessment that the savings my system makes in gas to heat the water will not pay for the servicing at 4 year intervals and the replacement glycol, let alone the parts. What you have is a 'lifestyle choice' he said. True, and 5 stars for saying so.
