My car was on the verge of breaking down so I pulled into a service station. It was a cold and busy day and I couldn’t get warm so I was quite desperate to get back on the road. Roy turned up very quickly and did anything he could to get my car driving again, however there were certain things I needed that he didn’t have (easy enough fix for someone into cars so it wouldn’t need to go to a garage as such). Anyway, he phoned for a recovery truck but I was told I could potentially be waiting 6 hours before I got picked up, and although my journey wasn’t ideal, Roy offered to take me home as he didn’t want me waiting a further 6 hours by myself in the cold. He towed my car all the way from Kent to Cannock which took about 5 hours due to having to go slower and we had a lovely chat along the way. It was a bit pants that I had to breakdown, however I’m glad we crossed paths and if I can have Roy sort my car again in the future I absolutely would! Top service from a too company!!
